This year, we have opened a new chapter in the changing situation, seen responsibility in perseverance, and embarked on a new journey in progress. On February 1, 2026, Jiangsu South Kunlun Law Firm successfully held the "Together, Riding a Horse and Moving Forward" 2025 Annual Summary Conference. More than a hundred colleagues from the whole institute gathered together in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere, tracing the footsteps of past struggles, planning a new blue map for the future, and embarking on a brilliant journey in the new year together.

In 2025, the law firm will successfully enter the ranks of the "Hundred Firm" and become the largest law firm in Zhenjiang with the largest number of practicing lawyers. The brand building will be rapid and steady, the business expansion will blossom at multiple points, the team building will be cohesive, and every breakthrough will be a sweat, and every achievement will demonstrate responsibility. Secretary Xu Shike systematically summarized the party building work for the year 2025. As a law firm that has won provincial-level party building honors for many consecutive years, South Kunlun has always taken "party building leads business, business feeds back party building" as its core, promoting the deep integration of party affairs and business, and continuously enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of party organizations through innovative practice.

In 2025, we will drive the improvement of party building quality and efficiency with the dual wheels of "technology+learning": on the one hand, we will build an online party course publishing platform, integrate and sort out more than 120 high-quality contents covering policy interpretation, party history learning, and legal cases, break the limitations of time and space, allow party members to learn and exchange insights online at any time, and achieve "non-stop" party building learning; On the other hand, deepening AI empowerment of party building, utilizing intelligent systems to accurately match and generate learning resources, greatly enhancing the fun and effectiveness of learning.

In terms of ideological and compliance construction, we adhere to the principle of "internal and external cultivation": internally, we carry out the Integrity Practice Education Month activity, strengthen the awareness of lawyers that "integrity is the lifeline of practice" through case analysis, commitment signing and other links; Keeping up with policy guidance, we organized a special study session for all staff on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, focusing on core topics such as "Building a Rule of Law China" and "Innovation in Grassroots Governance", and transformed the conference spirit into specific actions to serve customers and fulfill social responsibilities.

At the meeting, outstanding Communist Party members of the year were solemnly commended. They fulfilled their mission with their original intention and demonstrated their responsibility through practical work, setting a pioneering example for all colleagues and inspiring everyone to move forward courageously on the path of rule of law.

Vice Director Ma Danni gave a special report on the training of young lawyers and public legal services. In 2025, the law firm will continue to improve the training system for young lawyers, strengthen their skills through internal and external training, practice through skill competitions, and enhance their quality and efficiency through AI empowerment. This will help young lawyers break free from the cocoon and become successful in multiple dimensions and all aspects. The public welfare brand "Kunlun Yi+" deeply cultivates the fertile ground of legal education, transmits legal music online and in the cloud, and provides services offline at the grassroots level. The annual service audience exceeds 100000 people, interpreting the responsibility of the rule of law with professionalism and warmth, and illuminating the corners of society with the light of the rule of law.

To motivate young lawyers to strive for excellence, the conference commended outstanding performers of the year, evaluated their strengths and weaknesses through a comprehensive examination, and evaluated their participation in competitions and public welfare. In the "Kunlun New Voice" segment, 12 newly hired young lawyers and administrative staff took the stage one by one, introducing themselves in a lively and lively manner, showcasing the vitality and potential of the fresh blood of South Kunlun, and injecting new momentum into the future development of the law firm.

In the afternoon of that day, the law firm organized the second "South Kunlun" Egg laying Competition. The immature dance steps add a lot of innocence and vitality to the stage. A carefully prepared interactive game was also set up on site, with everyone actively participating and cooperating seamlessly, with constant laughter and joy. The lucky draw and red envelope delivery repeatedly pushed the atmosphere of the party to a climax, interweaving laughter, applause, and cheers into a sea of joy.
