Lawyer Shen Hongliang, born in February 1966 in Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, was admitted to the History Department of Lanzhou University in 1985. After graduating in 1989, he worked in education. In May 1995, he joined the Democratic Progressive Party and in 1998, he was admitted to the History Department of Fudan University to pursue a master's degree. After graduating with a master's degree in 2001, I started working at the Civil Affairs Bureau of Zhenjiang City. In 2005, transferred to work in the research office of Zhenjiang Municipal Government. In December 2006, he was appointed as the full-time vice chairman of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee in Zhenjiang City. In 2007, he was appointed as a standing committee member and deputy secretary-general of the Zhenjiang Municipal Political Consultative Conference. In 2012, he was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Political Consultative Committee of the National Revolutionary Committee. In 2013, he was transferred to the Historical and Historical Office of Zhenjiang City as the Deputy Director. I was transferred to the Municipal Archives Bureau in January 2017 as the Deputy Director and have since retired.

During my work, I was admitted to the History Department of Nanjing University in 2009 and obtained a doctoral degree. Published a monograph titled "Disintegration and Reconstruction: A Study on the Social Transformation of Early Modern Zhenjiang (1840-1911)" and has published dozens of articles of various types.

In 2017, obtained the professional qualification of a lawyer and worked as a public lawyer in government agencies. After retirement, worked at South Kunlun Law Firm, mainly engaged in legal services in the field of civil and commercial law.
