Liu Zihan, a full-time lawyer at Jiangsu Nankunlun Law Firm, the deputy chairman of the second branch of the Zhenjiang Municipal Branch of the China Democratic National Construction Association, holds a Master's degree in Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor's degree in Law from South China University of Technology, a "resident legal lecturer" at the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Jiangsu University, and the champion of the debate group at the 4th Zhenjiang Youth Lawyer Vocational Skills Competition.

My main research area is in the field of civil and commercial affairs, including foreign-related legal services, corporate governance, and corporate compliance. Since practicing, I have served as a legal advisor for multiple companies and participated in the construction of online e-commerce platform rules, the evaluation of personal information of foreign-funded enterprises, the adjustment of equity structure of state-owned enterprises, and the overseas investment of enterprises in Uzbekistan.
