2、 Joint venture projects of state-owned enterprises
1. Assist a state-owned enterprise group in completing a targeted capital increase project for a technology limited company in Zhenjiang, ensuring the legality and compliance of the capital increase process.
2. Provided legal services for multiple cooperation projects of platform companies under the Yangzhong Municipal Government, including joint venture projects with a certain optoelectronic technology Co., Ltd., joint venture new company projects with a certain new energy technology Co., Ltd., and industrial park operation and management cooperation projects with an investment group in Beijing, and completed due diligence work.
3、 Special compliance project for state-owned enterprises
1. Conduct a special due diligence on the compliance of the company's articles of association for municipal state-owned enterprises and their 7 subsidiaries, issue a detailed due diligence report, and assist the enterprise in improving its compliance system with the articles of association.
2. Participate in the special investigation on safety production compliance of municipal state-owned enterprises, issue professional due diligence reports, and build a strong legal defense line for safety production for enterprises.

1. Provided legal services for a state-owned investment company to join a private equity investment fund in Shanghai, completed due diligence and issued a legal opinion.

1. Accept the commission of a state-owned holding enterprise to issue a special legal opinion on the handling of its sales contract with a certain limited liability company in Zibo.
2. Provide special services for enterprise compliance for a mechanical and electrical equipment limited company and an Internet information technology limited company in Zhenjiang, complete due diligence and issue compliance reports, and assist enterprises to develop perfect compliance system documents.
I currently serve as a legal advisor for multiple large state-owned and private enterprises, providing regular legal support for their daily operations, management, and major decisions.
